Warranty 

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Fat Freezer. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Fat Freezer Fat Freezing System 

What does this limited warranty cover? 

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Fat Freezer will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. 

What will we do to correct problems? 

Fat Freezer will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Fat Freezer is 365 days or 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. 

What does this limited warranty not cover? 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: 

● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. 

 

Returns

 

Our Warranty policy lasts 365 days or 1 year. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t redeem your warranty. If you receive a defective item, a refund or exchange will be processed immediate. Money back guarantee for the Fat Freezer device also extended to 12 months

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To Redeem your warranty , please mention to your customer service representative.

 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
